Get quick answers, check up on your favourite sites, and more right from your wrist; with Galactic – the new way to explore the web on Apple Watch.

Retrieve desktop-class results and answers from around the web in an instant, using Galactics five supported search engines – Bing, Wikipedia, The English Dictionary, Pexels, and DuckDuckGo Instant Answers – connecting you to quick research, detailed articles, and stunning images.

Launch websites you find (or type in) with the tap of a button, with almost all of the animations, detail, and links you would expect on your iPhone. Galactic works with the limitations that a small device like Apple Watch brings, hence, it comes with multiple features that ensure compatibility across most of the web.

Take your web experience beyond simply a browser, with custom features designed for your watch – including a native Wikipedia reader, complications for your watch face, and endless customisation options.

Galactic pushes the Apple Watch web experience far further than its competitors, with direct access to its search engines; presenting information in a readable and easy to navigate style that feels right at home on your wrist, instead of just sending you to their website. In addition, it comes with three website renderers – as opposed to just one – working around the Apple Watchs limitations and boosting its compatibility with the web.

Download Galactic for your Apple Watch today, and finally bring the web to your wrist.

Galactic is privacy conscious. I, the developer, do not collect or otherwise access the data you input into the app, including your search history. However, by using the third-party search engines it ships with (such as Bing), you are subject to their privacy policies: hence for honesty and clarity, the apps privacy label on the App Store reflects the search engines it uses. You can opt out of this by bookmarking a search engine of your choice.

Due to the limitations of its hardware, certain websites may not behave correctly on such a small device – though this is a rare occurrence, and could be remedied by switching to another website renderer. Additionally, Galactic cannot store cookies for your browsing sessions.

Galactic for Apple TV does not include the ability to open websites. Galactic for Apple Watch still retains this functionality.
